Due to the sterile nature of these products, pigments and needles cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the seal broken, unless the item is defective.

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via email or written notice, providing full details of any issues.

Returns are only accepted for products that are completely unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

If an exchange is needed, it will be processed promptly and at no additional charge.

Replacement items will be sent out once the original items have been returned and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; however, if the product is found to be defective, reasonable postage fees will be reimbursed. If the product is not defective, it will be returned to the customer, who will cover the shipping costs.
